Lovely Stay!
delicious foodcute touch
The Cookes restaurant onsite made dining very convenient, and the food tasted delicious. The hotel provided T2 tea and chocolate fudge in the foyer, a very cute touch. I also enjoyed the barista made coffee that came with my breakfast package. The breakfast selection offered great variety and quality.
No negatives to report from my stay. Everything was fantastic!

Quiet and Convenient Stay
good wifisoft bed
the hotel is on victoria street but my room faced away from it so it was very quiet i had a good wifi connection in my room the concierge was very helpful and friendly. the bed was soft i slept well.

the hotel is near many shops restaurants and attractions i could easily walk to the wharf and sky tower the neighbourhood felt safe even when walking late at night so i felt secure.

the staff was friendly and accommodating the reception and concierge services were efficient and helpful the check-in process was quick and easy i received assistance with my luggage upon arrival and departure.

the hotel offers a restaurant and coffee shop for dining convenience the bathroom had full-sized products available for use. the tv had multimedia functions the hotel provided a clerk for luggage assistance , made things simpler.
